1, There may be a residue resulting from production on the fruit and vegetable chopper.Therefore,clean all parts before first-time use as described in "Cleaning".
2,Place the receptacle on a firm surface.Since there is always the possibility of splashes and spillage when chopping fruit and vegetables,the surface needs to be non-sensitive.
3,Place the required cutting attachment (coarse/fine)on the receptacle.The marking stripe on the cutting attachment and receptacle must be in line.
4.Attach the lid vertically as illustrated.
5.Prepare the food:
round,thick or hard food such as apples,potatoes etc.must be cut into two or more piecs beforehand.
6.Place the food,flat sie down,on the cutting attachment.
7,Using both hands,press down the lid in one swift motion,applying a little pressure.
If the food cannot be chopped ,it might still be too thick. In this case,cut the food into smaller pieces and repeat the procedure.
